Q: From?
A: "out west " haha! I've moved more than 30 times, but like to claim Tucson, Arizona as one of my most favorite "froms". Lived in Myrtle Beach: Moved here just over 4 years ago.
Q: I love your name and have never heard that name before. Is there any special meaning to it? A: I was named for my great Aunt Libbie. She lived to be 103 years old!
Q: We missed you this summer when you went on a longgg trip overseas, tell us about the highlight of your trip A: Holy Cow! Trip of a lifetime! I ran through the craziest old streets where they gathered for nightly karaoke and also butchered sea creatures for sustenance in Shanghai, China,...rode atop (and bathed) an elephant through the mountainous jungles of Thailand, ....had lunch in a Muslim village on a small island in southern Thailand, ....and biked among ruins from 14th century bhuddist temples...just to name a few adventures! The lens from which I view the world has been forever altered!
Q: You push yourself at the workouts( with the exception of your 3 lb weights-lop) and completed the accountability challenge Were you always competitive or does it come naturally? A: Who doesn't want to attempt being the best version of themselves? It's time to upgrade those 3-pounders!
Q: What is the first thing you do when you get home from a morning bootcamp session? A: Help get my kidlets off to school (Grades 2 & 6) and feed my 18 month old breakfast.
Q: Well since you are one to pop into any session, I should now ask what is the first thing you do when you get home from PM bootcamp?
A: Take a shower!
Q: If you could donate $1,000,000 to a charity, who would you pick? A: I'd donate it to the Hyperemesis Education Research Foundation (helpher.org). As a 3x survivor of HG (Hyperemesis Gravidarum) it's a cause near and dear to my heart. Bootcamp has been very helpful in my recovery process, actually. At this time 2 years ago, I couldn't even walk the length of my home without assistance! The human body is simply amazing. It is a gift and I'm so grateful for it, imperfections and all.
Q: Word association time---if I say " burpee challenge" ( which you won one day actually!) you think: A: Bring it!
