WHAT TO EXPECT

Within this year's LBD challenge, you will be asked to keep not only yourself but your teammates accountable.   During this 10 week challenge you will get as much out of it as you put in.  Gyms are not just about physical, Finish Strong strives for a strong sense of community and friendships of like minded individuals.

This is the first time we will split the challengers down the middle to compete.  

​

Every day there is opportunities to score points for your team which will be updated daily at the gym.  Even if you are not a gym member, you will still feel included because classes are not necessary for points.  

Listed below is all of the ways you can score points and all the ways points can be deducted.  â€‹

We want a lot of people to join the fun and competition this year.  We will have coaches assigned to each team.   They will not be adding to the point total but they will be pushing you and your team every day.  


Winning team will receive a Finish Strong prize, exclusive to only them.

At the end we will all get together and celebrate.
