TIME TO GET STARTED
A workout doesn't have to always be super intense to be effective. Just doing more than you have been doing and moving your body is great way to stay healthy and balance your body. Whether you are new to workout out, or its been a while or maybe you just want to slow it down a little, this is the right class for you.
Wednesdays and Fridays 7:15-8:00am
This is a perfect class if you are ready to get back into a routine but don't know where to start or if you feel like you are struggling with a condition that limits your energy and abilities. No need to worry we understand - we all go through cycles where we can push ourselves and need to take breaks too
MAKE THE FIRST STEP
We are starting off with an intro rate of $79 for 1month to make sure this is a fit for you. We understand showing up is the hardest part and want you to have many class options. The first class is always free.
