Co- Owner Director of Strength
Jason Flanagan
Div. 1 All-American in Track and Field. Coached Strength and Conditioning at Div. 1 level. Powerlifting USAPL, Olympic Lifting USAW, TRX Certified Coach. Coached 20 South Carolina State records in Powerlifting. Also Certified Nutritionist over the last 12 years.

Sport Performance Coach
Jacob Lewis
Sport Performance within all sports specializing in strength and running technique. Jacob is also an athlete himself. He has competed up to the collegiate level with football. He has a few races under his belt as well, with a marathon planned right around the corner.
